Payment

Payment is processed securely through TutorBird, a tutoring management platform, using Stripe.

After each lesson, an invoice will be sent by email, with the option to pay by debit or credit card.
●
A payment receipt will be issued automatically once payment has been received.
●
Payment is due within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellation Policy

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged. If my availability allows, I may be able to offer an alternative lesson, but this cannot be guaranteed.

I understand that genuine exceptional circumstances can arise, and cancellation charges may be waived at my discretion.
Termination Policy
●
If you wish to end regular tuition, simply let me know by email or text message. No notice period is required. If a scheduled lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the cancellation policy above will still apply.

I reserve the right to discontinue tuition if lessons are cancelled frequently or repeatedly, or where continuation of tuition is no longer appropriate. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.
