Student working with an online maths tutor with a graphics tablet.

WHAT'S NEEDED?

My online maths tutorials require a computer, laptop or a tablet. Unless already built into your device, headphones with a built in microphone are also needed.

For writing, I recommend an graphics tablet, but it's not essential as a mouse will suffice. The one I recommend is the Wacom 'One By Wacom'They are relatively inexpensive and enable students to write clearly and quickly. If using a tablet with a stylus pen (such as Microsoft Surface or iPad Pro) then they can be used instead.

A good stable broadband connection is also required, so if using wifi, a room close to the modem will help avoid any drop-outs.

No software is required as I use an online whiteboard called BitPaper that works on an internet browser. Bitpaper is free for students.
